The JIPS Award (Juventud Investigadora en Pedagogía Social - Young Researchers in Social Pedagogy) of the Ibero-American Society of Social Pedagogy (SIPS) aims to promote debate and reflection on research carried out by those who are beginning their scientific activity and belong to the group of young people of the SIPS.
The aim of the award is to highlight scientific papers that place their contributions in the different fields that promote training, research and professionalisation in Social Pedagogy and Education, with two main objectives:
a) To recognise and encourage scientific research into subjects, problems, practices, etc. that take Social Pedagogy and Education as a reference.
b) To visualise and project both in the Social and Educational Sciences and in society the studies carried out by young researchers in this field.
