Abstract submission until October 21st

Submission Rules

Maximum number of abstracts per author and registration of each author

Each participant can:

- Submit a maximum of TWO proposals as first author.
- Submit only TWO proposals as presenters.
- At least one author must be registered for each communication.
- Only the registered author may present.
- Presentations by more than one person require the registration of each author wishing to present.
- Co-authors who do not present only need to register if they intend to attend the conference.


Format & Language

Formatting is done automatically by the submission platform.

All fields must be filled in.

The abstract must not exceed 300 words.

It must include 4 keywords.

Abstracts and subsequent texts can be submitted in Portuguese, Spanish, English or French.

Note: there will be no simultaneous translation of the conference




Presentation Rules

Submission of Presentation Files

Presentation files must be submitted exclusively in PDF format, in your personal area, under "ABSTRACTS", by a date to be defined.

Follow the steps for submission:

- Log in to your personal area.

- Click on " ABSTRACTS " in the side menu.

- Click on "Presentation files".

- If you are still within the deadline for submitting files, you can delete the previously submitted file and submit a new one.

- Please note that only PDFs are supported.





Presentation

Each communication will have a presentation time of 10 minutes.

The template can be downloaded from this page, available soon.

Accepted papers may or may not have actual communication. The proposals submitted may, after a review process, be published in the Book of Minutes, even without actual communication.

If you choose not to submit a paper, please send this information to congress@eventqualia.net, with the following information:

- 12th MIIS Conference

- Abstract reference

- Name of the author who submitted the abstract.

Presentations can be given in person with real-time transmission or remotely.


Final Texts

Publications

The texts resulting from the approved communications will, after being duly revised and formatted, be published in electronic format with DOI registration.

Final texts must be submitted by a date to be determined



Please note that without paying the registration fee, it will not be possible to present the communication or publish the text in the Book of Minutes.
